This just in: Tahiti Village safety and security director Rich Ingling says to be on the lookout for a roaming horde of ravenous Easter egg collectors this Saturday morning, April 19, in the vicinity of the Island Courtyard and the Lazy River. Don’t be fooled by their innocent appearance, Rich advises. These mostly young and adorable hunter-gatherers will stop at nothing to fill their baskets to the brim with plastic candy-filled eggs, of which a goodly bounty of 3,300 is up …

The High Roller opened March 31 and is the centerpiece of The Linq, a $550 million retail, dining and entertainment district on the Strip between the Flamingo Hotel and The Quad. The observation wheel has 28 pods that can accommodate 40 people each. At full …

Imagine an upside down world in which humans had the brains of birds (we know what you’re thinking; just play along) and birds the brains of humans, and in that world the birds could train the humans to fly, catch worms and say “Polly wanna cracker.” In short, teach them to do many of the things birds can do all for the enjoyment of the birds. It would make for fascinating viewing and undoubtedly draw numerous feathered spectators to watch …

With Las Vegas temperatures soaring into the 70s and owners flocking to the beach pool like competitive eaters to an all-you-can-eat buffet, we thought, `Ah, what the heck.  Let’s open the outdoor bar.’ So that’s what we did. Opened the poolside tiki bar for the summer. In March. As usual, we have a great selection of beer, spirits and slushy margarita type thingies for you to enjoy while you’re defrosting in the sunshine and contemplating your next move. Will it be a …

http://blog.tahitivillage.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/03/WikiWiki-21-300x38.jpg

The rough English translation of the Hawaiian phrase WikiWiki is “fast” or “quickly.” How fitting then that the move of our onsite convenience store of the same name is taking only four days, beginning today through Thursday. When it reopens this Friday in a new location in the main lobby, the completely remodeled WikiWiki will be absolutely (as the sign says)  … An expanded selection of grocery items is just one of the changes you can expect. WikiWiki will also feature a new …

Don’t risk your Big Game enjoyment. Join us for a great day of food, fun and football this Sunday at Tahiti Joe’s!

The question of where you’re going to watch the Big Game is just as important as who you want to win it. Your enjoyment of the largest sporting spectacle of the year can hinge on factors unrelated to events on the field. Like the width of people’s heads.
